Senior Pastor: Napoleon Blamon

“It is not where you start, but where you finish.” There are few people this phrase epitomizes better than Reverend Napoleon Blamon.

A pragmatic youngster, as he always testifies, Blamon’s life was the perfect recipe for a statistic.  But God had a plan for this young man, and through a series of ordained events, Blamon has now become a powerful and notable preacher and teacher.  Reverend Napoleon N. Blamon has set out to change the world and offer the same deliverance he received, through Jesus Christ.

Reverend Napoleon N. Blamon is the Senior Pastor for the Bethel World Outreach Churches in Trenton, New Jersey and Philadelphia, Pennsylvania – a multicultural congregation of 200 plus members.  

A diligent servant of God, he is committed to winning the lost at all cost, making disciples, planting churches.  Prior to migrating to the United States of America, he pastured Bethel Unification Town Church and Harbel Victory Center and planted several Bethel Branches in Liberia, West Africa.

Reverend Blamon, a graduate of the Monrovia Bible Training Institute and West Africa Theological School of Biblical Studies sponsored by Grace Seminary, desire is to serve Christ and lead others to Him. He’s also passionate about God’s people no longer walking in brokenness and defeat. Through his preaching and teaching, he seeks to make God’s people whole and healed.

Reverend Napoleon N. Blamon was born into the union of Mr. Charles Blamon and Mrs. Esther Wolo Blamon on March 6, 1962 in Tarsue District, Sinoe County, Liberia, West Africa.  He is married to Mrs. Marie Bestman Blamon a secretary by profession and their union is blessed with five biological children and several adopted and spiritual children.

Marie Bestman Blamon's dedication to her faith and community is truly inspiring. Alongside her husband, Reverend Napoleon Blamon, she has played a pivotal role in establishing and nurturing Bethel Dominion Center in Trenton, New Jersey, Bethel Winners Center in Philadelphia, PA, and now Elevation Worship Center in Newark, NJ. These churches have flourished under their leadership, attracting over 200 members who find solace and guidance in their teachings.

Marie's true passion lies in the Ministry of Praise & Worship. She uses music as a powerful tool to glorify God and spread messages of love and hope. Her talent and devotion have not gone unnoticed, as evidenced by the numerous certificates and awards she has received, including the prestigious Firestone Plantations Company Managing Director’s Award for Outstanding Service.

Marie's personal life is just as fulfilling as her professional endeavors. She shares a joyful marriage with Reverend Blamon, and their union has been blessed with five biological children, as well as several adopted ones. Their home is a testament to their commitment to love, care, and inclusivity, embodying the values they preach in their churches.
